Information and purpose
When an adult submits an enrollment inquiry, tour request or contact form, we receive the information they choose to provide, such as adult name, email, optional phone, general age group, schedule preferences, preferred tour date/time and message. We use it to respond, discuss childcare needs and coordinate requested next steps. A form submission does not confirm enrollment or a tour booking.
Parent accounts use Wix sign-in services. Account email and adult profile/contact details are used to manage portal access and respond to parent questions. New members must confirm their email and receive manual approval. The portal shares general announcements and approved resources with approved members; it does not currently store child attendance, medical records or tuition balances.
Wix, privacy requests and children’s information
Wix provides the website and form services and processes submitted information to support those services. Wix may also process technical information and cookies when visitors use the website; the owner must confirm the final cookie and analytics settings before launch. These inquiry forms are intended for adults. Do not submit child names, birth dates, medical records, identification documents or other sensitive child information. Inquiry consent is for responding to the request and does not automatically subscribe anyone to marketing.
